How do we work?


Requesting your Graze in 5 easy steps:

1. Browse our collection of Graze packages.

2. Once you find a package that you would like to order, select the amount of people the Graze is for and click 'Request Graze'; or if you would like multiple packages click 'Add To My List' and carry on browsing. 

3. If you have chosen multiple packages, visit 'My List' and click 'Request Graze'.

4. Fill out the booking request form. Be sure to fill in all the information needed, including any allergy requirements.

5. We will then get back to you within 24 hours.

If you are unsure which Graze is for you or if have any questions, contact us or message us on our Instagram or Facebook. We will be happy to help. Remember all of our packages can be customised to cater for your needs, so be sure to let us know if you would like any changes made when requesting your Graze. As our Graze Tables are bespoke, prices may vary, so please use the displayed price lists as a guide.

Our Graze Boxes are perfect for any day of the week or occasion.
Whether you want to treat your partner to a date night over a delicious box of sharing food, you want to gift your bridesmaids a special morning brunch, you're having a girly night in or you want to treat your team during a meeting. We have a Graze Box for you.

About Graze Platters 

Mix and match our platters to cater to everyones tastes. Whatever the size of the group you are catering for. Why not choose a few Graze Platters, order some of our beautiful flowers or greenery, and voila! You have a ready made Graze delivered to your door! 

All platters are prepared at out HQ and delivered to your door ready for you to lay on the table and dig in! If you would like to add flowers to complete the grazey look, please let us know when you order your Graze and we can arrange this for you.

It's also handy to note, the small platters also fit in the fridge! So once delivered you can pop them in the fridge and enjoy over the next few days!

Flowers and Foliage

Flowers and Foliage can be provided at additional cost. We work with a local florist to plan all our foliage layouts for all our Graze Tables.
At the time of booking please request if you would like flowers and foliage on your Graze.

You will need to email us a picture and measurements of where you would like the Graze to be presented, let us know any themes or colours you have chosen for your event, and we can take it from there.


Allergies 

Our tables and hampers may contain:
  • Celery
  • Dairy (including milk and eggs)
  • Gluten
  • Lupin
  • Mustard
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soya
  • Sulphur Dioxide
  • Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts.)
  • Wheat
Any allergy or dietary concerns must be made known at the time of ordering. If no allergy or dietary restrictions are disclosed to Graze Life, Graze Life disclaims any responsibility and is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from food allergies.

Important Bits

Payment Terms
The cost of your graze depends on the size of the feast you wish to provide. We cater for all events, no matter how big or small. Please see the pricing below. 

For Events:-

  1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
  2. Changes can be made to the booking up to two weeks prior to the event
  3. Full payment is required two weeks prior to the event
  4. We’re afraid, no refunds are available
Gift Boxes & Graze Platters:-
Require full payment at the time of ordering.

Coronavirus Policy
If you need to rearrange your booking due to the coronavirus, we of course completely understand. We are more than happy for you to change the date of your event to the next available date. Any deposits paid will be transferred over to your new bookings. I’m afraid as we are a small business and the purpose of the deposit is to secure your booking, deposits are none refundable even in the result of cancelling your event and cannot be transferred over to an additional order or booking. *Please note we cannot re book any events to take place in December due to this being a very busy time for us.

Inventory
Please note a table for the event must be provided by the client / venue. The client must sign an inventory sheet on completion of set up. Any lost of damaged equipment will incur a charge. All equipment must be collected by us. Alternatively if the client is based more than an hour away from our HQ, the equipment must be returned by the client within three working days. The cost of collection or the courier will be applied to the customers booking after the event.

Disposal
Graze Life is not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste.

Parking
Onsite parking is required so we are able to unload. Please let us know in advance if this is not possible.

Travel
A fee will occur for events over an hour away from our HQ in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
